Make InfluxDB module available in periodic flow #131

Please make InfluxDB Module available in periodic flows in the module manager. Thanks Thomas

Unfortunately it cannot be used in the periodic flow. The module needs access to all of the Allsky variables and these are not available to the periodic flow as it runs as a separate process.
