Missing Overlay #118

I have two cameras one with an overlay thats working. I then cloned this website for a second camera. Unfortunately on the second one the overlay is non-functional:

Why would this be like that. I have changed permissions on both directories to 777.

It seems to be a cache problem. After deleting all browsing data in my browser the overlay is visible now.
