keograms and startrails should support images with different resolutions #1054

Some people use different binning for day and night so their image resolutions are different. The keogram and startrails commands don't support this - they ignore all images that don't have a resolution the same as the first image. They should instead resize those images to be the same as the first image.

Should combine this with the "multi out" enhancement that combines startrails and keograms.
