[BUG] Tmelapse not viewable on IOS/iPadOS Devices #3541

Cam: RPI HQ PI: Pi 4 4GB OS: 12.5 Version: v2023.05.01_04

Description: I am not able to view the timelapse video on myIOS/iPadOS devices, it looks very buggy, on Windows i am able to view them and they work perfectly. (timelapse of all days, not only one day) Images of the problem on my iPhone attached: as soon as i click on this:

Closing since this is a duplicate of Issue #3286. The fix is to add -level 3.1 to TIMELAPSE_EXTRA_PARAMETERS in config.sh
