Add cPanel and Plesk preinstalled images #108

See #49. This PR will add cPanel and Plesk templates to build cPanel and Plesk images for AlmaLinux 8.6. AlmaLinux 9.0 does not support cPanel and Plesk yet.

@heroku-miraheze Hi, and thanks for the contribution. I think squeezing everything in a single ansible shell module with using service to manage services is not best approach. If you don't mind, I'd like to close this PR to avoid any confusion.
