CDI or GDI version? The NTSC GDI version music plays ok.

BUT...

On the GDI version there's a weird looping sound effect which plays from the
race loading screen and doesn't stop, cancelling out all other sound effects
(although music works).

This is similar to Test Drive Le Mans, issue 168.

I did a bit more testing and if anything, I get too much music! (NTSC GDI, r66).

As in, the music starts in a race but sound effects don't play. If I quit back
to the main menu the music doesn't stop playing. If I go to the sound test and
change the music volume, there's no effect on the music volume. This is the
same as issue 168, I reckon (think it's the same developer/publisher too).
