No UI for Day of Week Filter #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new rule with the phone ring event.
2. Add a phone ring time filter.
3. Choose day of the week as the filter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Omnidroid crashes and is forced to close. Upon inspecting the code, there is 
actually no implementation for this filter's UI.

This causes a force close so I'm bumping to Release and critical as force 
closes are almost a guaranteed uninstall from the user.
