Spawns in end #547

Hey doc and co been for a trip to the end through the Dakara portal, found a few shulkers but not 1 single enderman spawning ? not sure if it was by design to prevent enderman farms.

This has been fixed. Was a configuration issue with a biome default config within CMS.
