Mo' Creatures and GP interaction.

Mo creatures entities do not obey GP rules. They can destroy blocks and deal damage regardless of GP settings.

This is really two issues:

1. As listed, mo creatures don't respect GP authority.

2. Stuff spawns inside the well lit prismarine stairs. (most alumra blocks have this behavior)
