Made naquadah ore by default generates only in the overworld as mentioned in #153

Added config option for dimension IDs that Naquadah ore can generate in.
Added dimension id check before generateChunk to ensure the game does not crash from invalid dimension IDs in config,

I edited build.gradle because mod assets where not being recognized in Intellij

Can you squash this into one commit and get rid of the gradle change?

I removed gradle change and squashed the commits.
