SYSTUS Automatic option for bar and beam #27

In void SystusWriter::getSystusAutomaticOption, the distinction between bar and beam has been desactivated. As a consequence, some models which should been in "3D" mode are now converted to "Shell Multi". It's not a deal-breaker, as the translation runs correctly, albeit inefficiently.

Nonetheless, when all studies on rbe2/rbar and cbar/cbeam are finished, we need to solve this bug.
