Output of VEGA overwrites the input file #6

On a Windows system, names of files don't depend of the case. Consequences, VEGA overwrites the input file foo.dat (NASTRAN) with its output FOO.DAT (SYSTUS).

Certainly, the option -o OUTPUTDIR allows to redirect the output to an other directory, but it should not happen nonetheless.
