Need to :

create childproc_win implementation
add following feature : https://github.com/Alogani/asyncio/issues/1#issue-2258566686

Once https://github.com/Alogani/asyncio/issues/1 and #16 is answered, code from https://github.com/cheatfate/asynctools/blob/master/asynctools/asyncproc.nim might be a good inspiration
