Running as admin

Area(s) with issue?

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

  1. Close PowerToys
  2. Open to "%localappdata%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Settings\Plugins\Microsoft.Plugin.Program\ProgramPluginSettings.json"
  3. Change ProgramSources to 
    "ShortcutSources": [
{
  "Location": "C:\\PowerToysShortcuts",
  "Enabled": true,
  "UniqueIdentifier": "d379c7a9-bcfc-4edf-86b8-a256222558c2"
}
]
  4. Open PowerToys

✔️ Expected Behavior

The program plugin also checks the added location for new shortcuts

❌ Actual Behavior

The program plugin uses the default locations
