case sensitive file extensions not particularly useful #324

I can't think of any situations where having case sensitive extensions in the es_systems.cfg is particularly useful, and it would certainly simplify configurations if it wasn't. Would avoid things like

z64 .Z64 .n64 .N64 .v64 .V64 .ZIP .zip

etc

well maybe i want to use .ZIP for disabled games and .zip for enabled the windows version should not be case sensitive

it would be easier to move the roms out of the way I would have though. At least it would be nice to have an option for this. It would make our configurations simpler on RetroPie if we could.

@Aloshi, can we do this?
