EmulationStation won't run games

I'm using RetroArch and EmulationStation on my windows 10 laptop, and I can load ROMS onto the program easily. When I try to run the ROMS, the games crash and bring me back to the EmulationStation game menu. When I check es_log this is what is recorded.

I have tried multiple games, systems, and restarting the program and my computer, is there anything else I can try?

Having the same issues on windows 10, the games a re loading fine in RetroArch but multiple games and multiple consoles i get the same thing.

I am getting the same problem with emulationstation portable. I can play SNES games but when I try to play a PC-FX game It refuses to launch. Here is the end of my log.

what's the problem then, the config of the controller or the es_systems.cfg ?

Probleme with PC games. Pc games don't work Probleme of saves
