[Feature] Add game manual as a rom media type #824

A lot of games, especially older ones have some very specific commands, controls or command sequences that are not immediately obvious or intuitive. A lot also have extensive back stories or background information that can provide clues to playing the game itself. It would make things a lot easier if one could have the option of opening an electronic version of the manual when browsing roms in ES. I imagine that when you have a rom selected, there will be some sort of indicator to let the user know there is documentation associated with the rom and they can press <insert shortcut key(s) here> to open it. This would then open whatever application is being used to browse the document (eg, a PDF reader, etc) allowing them to browse the document before quitting and being returned to the ES screen they were on.

It would be nice if the PDF manuals (in RetroPie emulationstation) were implemented with a version of RetroPie that would also support the RPi5. Other retro platforms have long had it in their emulationstation versions: Batocera, Emuelec, Recalbox, Retrobat, .... RetroPie deserves the latest version of emulationstation.
