[FR] Add support for zellij floating panes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. zellij is a terminal multiplexer similar to tmux. It also supports floating windows.

Describe the solution you'd like A similar hook as provided for tmux.

The program provides the -l, --layout CLI argument to specify a layout.
