Describe the feature you are interested and which may bring benefit to the
project ...

I would like to request for face recognition support. E.g. comparison of video 
frames to stored image files. The result of the comparison will be a 
probabilistic match.

Provide any references/links to publications/algorithms/etc. which could
help in development ...

As mentioned in response to Issue #389, please have a look at the capabilities 
of Accord.NET Framework, http://accord-framework.net/index.html. This framework 
provides face detection and based on its other extensions together with AForge 
you should be able to create a solution for face recognition.
