Theme seems to need update for 3129 #38

I have some issues with the update:

Another subtle issue is unfocused tabs now having a text color that appears wrong/unintended.

Sure thing! Here's a screenshot that I think covers it all. Note that I have different syntax highlighting than default.

I confirm that the screenshot looks exactly like it does on my machines :)

Similar in Build 3131, there is no folder icon, need fixed.

Explicitly setting the layer opacity for icon_folder seems to do the trick for folder icons as mentioned in https://github.com/iccir/El-Capitan-Theme/issues/25.

You can try this out before it's merged by installing Alpenglow manually:

Locate your Sublime Text Packages directory by using the menu item Preferences -> Browse Packages....

git clone https://github.com/vikjam/alpenglow-theme/ "Theme - Alpenglow"

For the other issues, try updating to the latest ST3 dev build. Issues with previous builds were discussed in https://github.com/ctf0/Seti_ST3/issues/293.
