OrbitDB is a decentralized P2P database utilizing IPFS. To continue to push Optional's mission to push the boundaries of decentralization and trustlessness, this is one effort to better that.

OrbitDB will be used for hosting information of a vault.

[ ] Frontend can display information from OrbitDB
[ ] Frontend can allow users to push descriptions
