Describe your issue

When NBT of the tool changes, for example via a modifier that passively restores durability/overslime, mining progress resets.

Here's me mining some Blocks of Iron with a pickaxe with Overgrowth X (applied via command) both on Hephaestus (Fabric) and on Tinkers' Construct (Forge).

Hephaestus 1.20.1-3.6.4.266 seems to have fixed this issue.
