Slime Dirt "spreading" does not work #21

Describe your issue

I've never done this before, so I could definitely be doing something wrong, however apparently the way to "duplicate" slime dirt is having a slime fluid flow onto a dirt block, from a slime dirt block.

The creator of Tinkers' Construct has explained this is how it works (in a random reddit comment) plus there's images of it working here, but testing in the latest Forge version, this does not seem to happen anymore. The code still exists for it though, which confuses me.
