Relationship module: how to prevent that redundant and/or duplicated relationships are added

This issue is a summary of an email discussion about how to make sure that no 
redundant and/or duplicated relationships are added by users --- in 
Relationships module. 

1. Model: 
1.1 assign relationships a status, to have new relationships validated as any 
other piece of data
1.2 assign relationships metadata for creation (author, data) to be shown in a 
history tab for relationships (currently this tab does not exist).

2. User interaction: 
2.1 when adding a new relationship, it should be compulsory to provide a 
definition 
2.2 preferably, also some examples of instantiation of the relationship should 
be given

3. Functionalities available from GUI: 
3.1 for each relationship, show (sample) list of pairs instantiating it; 
3.2 include a quick search for relations with similar names. For example, this 
could prevent the creation of relationship "isRelatedConcept" when relation 
"Related" is already there. A similar issue was raised for the search module.
