search for terms: not possible to search for T-T relations + other issues

As for terms, advanced search allows to search for:

1. term text
2. term codes
3. term status 
4. term attribute (ie again search for codes + spelling, singular/plural, scope 
note, editorial note)

It is not possible to search for T-T relations. Discussion on T-T relations is 
ongoing, so no decisions will be taken now. This is a reminder about what we 
have now, and if T-T are to be kept, an appropriate search functionality should 
be provided. 

Also, 

Search for editorial notes is missing.

Search for codes is repeated.

I think the treatment of singular/plural has changed. Should something change 
in the search UI? 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
