Concept Browser for searching related concepts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When creating a new relationship between concepts, it is not possible to get 
a proper search result for the related concept in the Concept Browser. Although 
the concept exists, the system always returns "No results found."
2. This problem was already reported a couple of times!
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried in the sandbox and in the produvtion server, using Firefox and Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.

After investigation, it was found the sometimes the connection gets closed in 
owlartprotege API. Waiting for the newer version of the API from Armando.
