Relationships missing #566

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install Version1.1
2. Load agrovoc_wb_20110223_fixloci_fixFishery_20110601.sql in Version1.1
3. restart tomcat 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Relationships between different concepts as shown in the example documents - no 
relationships found - see screenshot for example

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

IPnumber/login details etc can be provided on request to investigate further
