Visualization of terms with certain term-to-term relationships

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Terms with term-to-term relationship 'has singular / plural', 'has spelling 
variant' are neither visible nor searchable in VocBench. Today, I added a new 
term which I thought was not existing (natural resource management). But then, 
by chance, I noticed that it is already there, so i could reject it. 
2. The creation of duplicate terms needs to be avoided.

I'm not sure if this issue is already in the issue tracker, but as I didn't see 
it in the list of issues for v. 2.0, I'm submitting it as it is extremely 
important.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Term-to-term relationship 'has singular / plural', 'has spelling variant' can 
be search from advance search under term attributes.
While creating new terms, there is a check if the terms already exists or not.
