date creation and update #573

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a concept, say Brazil.
2. look at its History 
3. you see date creation and update are the same: 2011-11-20. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Real dates are 1981 and 1998 respectively. You can see that in AG.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sandbox.

The create date for the term is "1981-01-09" which can be seen from the term 
browser clicking individual term, but the concept creation and update date may 
be different from this.
