iCing fails to read PDB file when another file mishaps #272

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Submit a pdb file as a ccpn project. This fails.
2. Submit a pdb file proper
3. Starting the run will cause an error:
>   ERROR
>  Action: Run
>  exitCode: Error
>  result Failed to getProjectFilePath

To circumvent this bug reload the iCing web page completely and skip step 1.
