Report missing data from BMRB NRG DOCR in NRG-CING. #276

1. When parsing and converting the original data often parts will fail. It 
would be good to annotate it in the history.

This can easily be done when converting the CCPN XML files.

Not easily done. This is done properly on the BMRB side.
