Easy improvements

This issue is intended to flip-flop between open and closed states and only 
allowed to hold only CING related items that can be fixed in less than 30 
minutes including design, develop, test, commit. If they turn out to require 
more time they will be separated to an issue of their own.

First order:
-1- change the column header 'stereo' to S so the layout can be optimized 
further.

-2- Fix the reporting on the untried entries. The prep fails but it doesn't get 
picked up according to:
http://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/NRG-CING/log/nrgCing_2011_02_24-21_46_40.log
Found 8800 entries by NMR (A).
Found 8792 entries that CING tried (T).
Found    8 entries that CING did not try.

Already fixed in code but annotated here to check on next commit & check.

-3- for 1brv the overall max violation on lowerbounds is incorrect, should be 
zero but is:
  <-0.1 A:               0 (lower-bound violations, max: 0.34)
