Need to match SSA data from CCPN on the basis of the residue serial instead of author residue number

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. For hyperlinking in SSA meta data info in distance restraints to work e.g. 
on page;

Two solutions possible but too much effort to do right away.

1. Write out STAR file  with author residue numbers and use them straight up. 
Difficult to do in  StereoAssignmentCleanup.
2. Maintain CCPN residue serial and use that to 'find' residue in CING data 
model.
