Make presets possible in the UI.
Currently you have to change each item everytime you want to change your car. Presets would allow you to create a preset for each individual set of items.
This system would have to keep the same config.ini format (this is where items are saved and is read by the ingame dll and the UI) and only save on some other file/db/something OR on the same config.ini on some other completely diferent json "key".
In this case the presets would only be interchangeable in the UI and only then we'd change the dll.
