Programs are not working #1

I´m not good at modding, but the Programs are not working right. The Program which folder is first in the Channel, does work, but the second doesn´t. Maybe it´s a bug, or I did something wrong.

Fixed Problem, I my start Time was higher than the end Time. That caused to be not reconised
