Rename -error to -geno_error_prob and -seqerror to -seq_error_prob?

Rename -error to -geno_error_prob and -seqerror to -seq_error_prob? #102

In https://github.com/AlphaGenes/AlphaPeel/issues/97 we proposed to

[ ] rename .genoError to .geno_error_prob
[ ] rename .seqError to .seq_error_prob

We have also have arguments -error and -seqerror to provide these as input to the software. Following the above nomenclature we should then rename

[ ] -error to -geno_error_prob
[ ] -seqerror to -seq_error_prob.

These arguments are getting long, but at least they are clear about what is what!
