[ ] Add tests to check the accuracy of estimation of the recombination rate (func_test) and tests to check if the estimation of the recombination rate improves the accuracy of the peeling (accu_test)
[ ] Add descriptions of option est_rec_prob to the documentation
[ ] Add code to estimate the recombination rate and output the recombination rate
