NFT Tokens Are Not Shown Properly #2573

Android app {version 3.54.0 (186)} as well the last iOS version are not showing NFTs properly on Mainnet and Polygon.

Important clarification: One of the users complained nervously when he transferred the token from OpenSea to his AW address on Polygon and he was unable to see any activity or the NFT in AW. I know that Activity is not working properly from a long time ago when I transferred mine and the transaction never appeared on Activity. User added the contract address of the NFT but he’s unable to see it yet.

New version 3.39 (426) on iOS fixed and improved NFTs visualisation.

Can you post the nft metadata and the transaction input please, we cannot find out what is going on without further information.

Hi @Hoanib yes we are aware of this; it's mainly due to our API key which has been renewed.

A fix will be published shortly.
