Outline of Vanilla icon rendering instead of/over Custom Icon (More Icons) #3

Using any icon added by More Icons causes the outline from the latest selected Vanilla icon to show up in-game instead. I've had this happen with all gamemodes although in the vid it only happens with stuff other than cube

i got it, seems like it only happens with cubes after a certain amount of changes

seems like it happens to pretty much all gamemodes (robot and spider are unaffected though) also cubes can somehow go back to normal later...?
