Jscrollpane does not display until page is refreshed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.triciawylieyoga.com/schedule.htm, notice there is no
scrollbar
2. Refresh page, scrollbar should appear
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the scrollbar every time the page loads, but it only shows
up after a reload.

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And
operating system?
jscrollpane 1.2.3, this happens on FF 3.5.3 and IE 8, haven't test on
anything else yet, happens on Mac and PC

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.
