Scroll bar thinks mouse is still clicked after moving out of browser #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click and drag scroll bar
2. While keeping mouse button down, move out of browser window
3. Let go of mouse button
4. Go back into browser window
5. Scroll bar behaves as if button is still clicked, moving up and down as the
mouse
moves

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that the scroll bar knows that I've left the browser window and
stays
at the position it was in when I left

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating
system?
Latest from this site. Unfortunately, source doesn't have a version number
(unless
I'm missing it). This happens in IE6, IE7 and FF 3.5 (all in Windows, not sure
about
MacOS)

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.
Sorry, this is an internal application

Please provide any additional information below.
Despite the issue Kelvin, you've done a great job with this!

Please test and reply on the list if you are still having this issue,

This bug is still valid in jScrollPane - v2.0.0beta10 - 2011-04-17.

Any ideas on how to fix, workaround or when this will be fixed?
