Scrollbar not scrolling full height of scrollable area #181

Please visit http://www.weddingcufflinks.net to see the issue: the
scrollbar does not go all the way to the bottom of the line when you scroll
down.

I have tested in all major browser (chrome, firefox, Ie, safari) on windows
vista and get the same result in all browsers.

Please find the css at the bottom of this css file:

and the js at

I have set the height of the scroll-pane class to be 390px which is the
desired height that i wish to be scrollable. 
I changed the css of .jScrollPaneDrag so that the background position is 0%
which is what i think it ought to be?

Any help much appreciated and thank you very much for a wonderful jquery
application.
