(gm_plekhanovo_maket) Map optimization #2

Plekhanovo map needs an optimization. In default, I have 150 fps on map, but when i look on 24 house, fps drops to 70-80, in rare cases to 40-50. But in entrance fps is good

Presumably, the fps drop is due to textures with too high resolution image
