Hmmm. I have not played with RealVNC Enterprise Edition. I just tested RealVNC
4.1.3 Free edition on XP and it worked fine.

It will work with VNC Enterprise if you disable the Encryption.

I can't connect to my realvnc enterprise edition as well. 4.4.2 tried
encryption
off but it simply isn't working. I get VNC connection failed

I figured out the issue, at least on my end. If you have realVNC set to either
Windows Log In or VNC Password with a VIEW and ADMIN separated, it causes this
issue.
I first though NICK = Username but it isn't. Basically this application needs a
User Name prompt available for the VNC's that requires both User/Pass...maybe
create
one more row with user and have a check box on or off for it?

So were you able to get it to work by putting USER/PASSWORD in the password
field?
or did you have to change the server config not to ask for both?

You can't have any username for it to work, at least with the versions that are
out
now. Basically you need to set your VNC client to a password only log in....
In other words, you can't have a ADMIN and VIEW ONLY / LIMITED ACCESS on and
even if
you set it to just an ADMIN mode, any VNC clients that uses combination of
USER/PASS
will not work with this viewer. It has to be PASSWORD input only. This needs
to be
fixed in my opinion

Having researched the issue, it looks like we'll never be able to work with
RealVNC
Enterprise with Windows Authentication, although VNC authentication will work.
Windows authentication uses a proprietary protocol. I've created a FAQ wiki
page and
this is discussed.
If more info comes to light, we can re-open this issue.

It won't work with VNC Authentication mode either if you have a ADMIN and a
VIEW ONLY mode set to it. It will
only work if you have an ADMIN mode ONLY set up. This is because, by having
ADMIN and VIEW, the application
creates two users for each property (that being user: Admin for ADMIn and user:
ViewOnly for VIEW)
