Rolling trackball in 1:1 Mouse mode or pressing ALT causes disconnection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to a VNC Host
2. Press ALT
3. Receive "VNC Connection Failed"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expects some kind of ALT keypress or the ability to press a symbol and send 
that.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 081205 on my Android G1

Please provide any additional information below.
A similar bug exists if you visit 1:1 mode, swap to Mouse Pointer Control Mode, 
and roll the 
trackball.
