Feature Request: On Screen Count Up or Count Down Timer Overlay #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to see an onscreen updated timer or count down clock. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I was going to write an overlay or put a timer on the screen that counts down 
from a preset time. This is especially useful for Helpouts that have specific 
time requirements. Ie: 30 minutes. 

Either an always on clock in the main screen or right column would be cool. If 
it counts down maybe it can change window color or text color.
