No updates on other people joining the session during dialog "You are about to join a video call You're the first one here!" #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Precondition:] nobody should be on the hangout session before
1. Click on a link to join hangout session (e.g.: 
https://staging.talkgadget.google.com/hangouts/_/google.com/ste-ite)
2. Dialog "You are about to join a video call // You're the first one here!" 
will be shown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
[Was:] When other people join the session - no updates - so dialog shows 
incorrect information to user.
[Expected:] to show at this stage when other(s) joined the session (+ remove 
message "You're the first one here!").

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 2.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I think it is a bug because before I could see other people joining during this 
dialog (but I am only 90% sure that it worked so, sorry).
