Custom Overlay - Pixelated Text and 'low resolution' #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.initiate hangout/video call
2.enable lower third/ custom overlay
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Clear bottom third overlay - Instead I see pixelated text and unclear logo

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.1
Windows 7

Is there a way to re-install the hangout app, maybe?

Also getting this problem, have not had it in the past.  Tried uninstalling 
lower third.  Switching browsers.  Deleted lower third and rebuilt it.  left 
hangout and returned.
