Had sound in hangouts until toolbox add on was installed, now I cannot get
sound back no matter what I do.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting a new hangout
2. Opening toolbox
3. starting a new hangout without opening toolbox now that it has been once
installed. cannot find a way to uninstall. toggling off seems to have no
effect.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect sound.... I should say the person I am chatting with cannot hear ME.
It is as if I have been muted. I changed no settings. And tried toggling mute
to no effect. Also tried adjusting volume. Tried changing mic inputs. None
now work. Was working perfectly until toolbox was installed. I can still hear
others, they can still see me, just not hear me.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am on windows 8, hangout toolbox 2.0.1
Please provide any additional information below.
If I can fix this by something as simple as an uninstall I will do that but can
find no way of doing this either.
