Hangout Toolbox does not work in linux anymore #129

Google switched Hangout to HTML5 on linux.
Now, the overlay is not working anymore.

Same on Windows
Chromium 64Bits
no plugin anymore ... 

When i active Toolbox, it's say on right top "cache not enabled"

In french i have : "Les effets ne sont pas autorisés lorsque la mise en cache 
n'est pas disponible."

Re-install Chrome not change
